Phinda Vlei Lodge
Phinda Vlei Lodge is a sophisticated African safari lodge which fringes on Phinda’s unique vlei (wetland) system. This gracious safari lodge in the Phinda Private game reserve is a study of intimacy and integration with the African bush. The stilted suites are constructed of glass and thatch in the rare Dry Sand Forest. Each suite features an en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins, bath, separate shower and separate w.c. All suites have a personal bar on the deck and private plunge pools.

The exclusivity of Vlei lodge offers guests their own patios, plunge pools and sitting areas and is intended to be a haven for those wanting privacy. There are inviting and stylishly designed sitting and dining areas with fireplaces and expansive viewing decks. Guests are welcome to visit the African crafts shop and guest areas at nearby Forest Lodge to enjoy the social atmosphere.
