Important Notes before making payment

Currency Symbol
Please do not use a currency symbol. All transactions are in (ZAR) South African Rand's.

Deposit Payments
Please use your invoice (INV) number followed by -DEP as your reference number for your deposit payment
Example:     1234-DEP

Balance Payments
Please use your invoice (INV) number followed by -BAL as your reference number for you balance payment
Example:    1234-BAL

Deposits are only applicable to invoices that specify a payment plan.
Example:
Deposit due by: 10. March 2011
Balance due date: 07. May 2011

If your invoice does not specify a payment plan you need to pay the balance (full amount).

Cardholder Email
Please enter your email address when submitting your credit card details as this will ensure that you receive a receipt and it also gives us a contact email address in the event that you submit an incorrect reference number.

If your card details are declined
Contact your bank as soon as possible and inform them of the amount that is to be debited from your card as there may be a limit or an added security measure which is usually the reason why card details are declined.
