Our units have showers only NO baths
Families with more than one child have to be accommodated in the Matriarch suites
We do not have air cons in our units but we do have standing fans
We do have electricity in our Matriarch & Suni Units, not the Bush Camp unitCheck in / Check out/ Game Drive Times:
Check in is between 12 noon and 2 pm (Gates close at 6 pm - should guest be arriving after 6 pm this needs to be arrangments with the Amatikulu Tours prior to their arrival. An estimated time of arrival & mobile contact number must be given as we need to post someone at the gate to let the guests in)
Check out is after the morning game drive & brunch - usually around 11.30 am
The morning game drive goes out at 7 am (earlier in the summer months but this will be discussed with the guides the night before)
The afternoon game drive goes out at 3 pm
The game drives are approximately 3.5 hours long (it is advisable for guests to take a light jacket for the evening game drives, especially in the winter months as it can get quite chilly when the sun sets)
We do not have a night drive, however the afternoon game drive does go into the early evening
Guided walks on done on requests only and need to be arranged with the camp manager on arrival

A light lunch is served on arrival (Please advise us of your expected time of arrival)
Cereals, yoghurts & fruit are served prior to the game drive, on return from the drive brunch is served (eg: bacon, eggs, toast, muffins, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc)
Should you require lunch, this will be arranged with the kitchen
Dinner is a 3 course set menu: eg: Starter - Soup of the Day, Main - 1 x Venison Dish, 1 x Chicken Dish, Salad & Starch & Seasonal Vegetables, Dessert - Cheesecake or Apple Cake & CustardPLEASE NOTE: IS VERY IMPORTANT TO LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS / FOOD ALLERGIES PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL
