SabiSabi Earth Lodge
Guests of Earth Lodge are cocooned in absolute luxury with perfection of service. There are natural sculptures by Geoffrey Armstrong, which add a magical touch. The ceiling has skylights to provide natural lighting as the lodge is sculpted out of the earth, and the harmony will give you a never to be forgotten experience. Sabi Sabi's Earth Lodge is a masterpiece of design, and is almost invisible in the landscape. It has been inspired by natural textures and colours found in the game reserve, and you feel truly at one with the wilderness. 

Earth Lodge Meals
Dinners are often in the boma under the starlit sky, which has had its walls sculpted from existing roots and built up piece by piece, or in a subterranean cellar which is a unique experience. Breakfasts and lunches are taken on a dining verandah. You can of course choose to have your meals served in your room by your personal butler. The quality and variety of dishes prepared by the experienced chefs is just what you would expect of this 5 star lodge.

Earth Lodge Rooms
There are twelve suites at Earth Lodge, and each contains specially commissioned furnishings designed to complement the rooms. Each air-conditioned suite has a secluded patio with a private plunge pool and an open air shower. The indoor / outdoor flow is harmonious and makes a welcome retreat. The rooms have queen-sized beds, beautiful en-suite fully equipped bathrooms, dressing rooms, overhead fans and a lounge area with a mini bar and a dining area. Facilities include tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryers, a safe, study and telephone. Each room is attended by a personal butler.

Earth Lodge Amber Presidential Suite
The Amber Presidential Suite is generous beyond belief in its dimensions and surpasses expectations with the beauty of design and decoration. In addition to the facilities offered in the other luxury suites such as a patio with private pool, dressing room and luxury bathroom, the Amber Suite has a king-sized bed, its own exercise room and steam room. There is a private equipped study. A private kitchenette, full bar facilities and a dining area complete the suite. A personal butler is in attendance, and guests have exclusive use of a landrover for private game drives.

Earth Lodge Guest Areas
Standard features include the dining boma, dining verandah, large lounge, full bar and swimming pool. In addition, Earth Lodge provides a boutique, Health & Wellness centre providing a full range of treatments, a library, a meditation retreat, and non-smoking lounge. For your convenience, there are telephone and fax facilities as well as fully equipped conference facilities.

Earth Lodge Child Policy
Providing there is exclusivity of Earth Lodge with family and / or friends children may be allowed. Earth Lodge can accommodate 3 family rooms with a maximum of 2 children per room. Children 16 years and older are considered adults. Please Note : Sabi Sabi reserves the right of allowing or disallowing children on game drives for any possible reason and this is at the discretion of the General Manager / Ranger of the vehicle

EARTH LODGE CHILD RATES
Providing there is exclusivity of Earth lodge with family and / or friends, children may be allowed and the following rates will apply:

2 Years and younger: Stay free of charge in a cot.
3 - 5 Years: Sharing with 1 or 2 adults pay R350-00 per child per night.
6 - 12 Years: Sharing with 1 or 2 adults pay R850-00 per child per night.

Children occupying their own room will pay the full adult rate for a maximum of 1 child (if 4 children sharing the remaining 3 will revert to the children's rates).

Children 13 - 15 years having their own room will be charged as follows:

One child at 50% of the adult rate.
Second child at full rate.

Earth Lodge can accommodate 3 family rooms with a maximum of 2 children per room.

Children 16 years and older are considered adults.
