Magnificent is the most apt way to describe Shamwari's Eagles Cragg, the newest luxury lodge in this malaria free game reserve. Opened in 2002, the lodge is a masterpiece in design, and created with thatch, stone and glass. The natural beauty of the surrounds and the perfection of the lodge provides the traveler a completely private, tranquil, special experience never to be forgotten.

Eagles Cragg Lodge consists of 9 individually built rooms to accommodate two guests each. The rooms are designed for the utmost in comfort and luxury. Each room has its own private deck with uninterrupted views over the surrounding bushland. In the heat of the day guests can cool down in their own private plunge pool whilst enjoying the peaceful, natural setting.

Guest Areas
Although the lodge is small and intimate, there is a large central lounge, social bar, dining room and library. Eagles Cragg Lodge has a well-equipped business centre and for those who need that something extra, there is the Wellness Spa, with a range of treatments to refresh and vitalise. Meals are an exercise in creativity with mouthwatering culinary masterpieces.
